The Predator mindset

At the Phillip Ftures Professional Futures Trader's day, concluded yesterday, the speaker Mr Leonard Kok reiterated his view on trading and having the mindset of a predator. With any setup on the chart, traders must consider that once all criteria are met, the 'kill zone' is set and the trader needs the predator mindset to go in and strike for the kill, instead of thinkin like the prey, always on the look ot over one's shoulder and 'scared' of any predators...

PhillipFutures are promoting the SGX index producvts such as the N225 and SIMSCI. They have a promotion of sgd2 per conttract traded on simsci. If anyone is serious about trying out professional trading as a business, can consider joining SGX as a TMI or TMP, meke sure you are adequately capitalised, have a well thought out trading plan, and go full leather for 3 months. 20100714 If you were given a tennis ball, to throw at a vehicle travelling along the highway, which one is the easier to hit? A bus, or a car? The obvious question is the bigger bus. In trading index futures, it is the same, the market with the bigger tick range. Simsci futures had a 36 tick range (352.2-348.4) compared to FKLI futures 15 tick range (1340-1347.5) In this respect, it is extremely challenging to day trade the fkli futures contract.
