Nov 27 Msia on holidays, as equities and currencies/commodities crash as the dumb money runs for the exits. Dubai POTENTIAL default cited. The evil forces do time it very well, on Thanksgiving/Haj holidays.... It is times like this when you are thankful to be 'light'

20091126 1715 Well, the 5 min chart of FKLI Dec 09 finally broke in the last 1/2 hour of trade... some news on cds, Dubai default?? Some more stuff on Dubai World saga.

It is uncanny sometimes you get a feeling... divergence on the charts, then an event or catalyst brings it on. I was going to quote Benjamin Graham earlier, but might as well do it here. "At any point in tome, a stock can rise 50% from its low as well as fall 33% from the top" Worth keeping in mind.

20091125 1955 Was discussing with buddy mike on fx today, we decided that long on eurusd when it broke 1.5000 this afternoon would be good. 30 min chart... If the dollar is weak, then the Dow should be up a little tonight.

20091121 Some news on Bursamalaysia opening up the fix gateway for dma access to trading of equities. If that is the case, prices will become more efficient vis a vis the FKLI futures and the component stocks... ie any price out of line will be arbitraged away by the algorithms. Here is another article. But notice the first article in the star online still refers to "Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange..." There are still dinosaurs out there adhering to the old ways.
