A small dent in sentiment?

MRCB-IJM Land deal was aborted, which could affect stock market sentiment somewhat. You just have to wonder, whether scheme of arrangement type deals of this nature or 'akan datang'(coming soon) is a scheme to enable insiders to load up beforehand then dispose on announcing the scheme of arrangement. How very convenient to sell stock at higher prices as the public rushes in to buy on the news release.
