Last week the bear manipulators got their ratings agencies to go into overdrive, like machine guns, they started to downgrade almost every bank, Italy, Spain and god knows what. Probably in a last ditch attempt to collapse the European and world financial system. It seems now equity indices recoovered and those plans have to be postponed again...
