Instead of starting another one up from scratch, better to develop Perodua to gear it to "export" the Myvi, Alza etc. Develope these into nybrid powerhouse cars that will be green. Move into self driving cars is an idea.
And spend rM200m to develop a bicycle land/highway network in the cities of Malaysia. You will get better bang for your buck, with the health benefits of commuting to work using bicycles, either multi modal or direct. Not to mention the savings in fuel subsidies and environmental benefits.
