INSIDE MALAYSIA: Ringgit Up, Completes Best Quarter Since 1973

    (Bloomberg) -- Ringgit advances for the fourth day, gaining 7.4% in March and 9.7% for the quarter.

* Sarawak state assembly will be dissolved April 11
* Brent crude futures slip 0.9% to $38.89/bbl
* Palm oil futures rise 0.9% today; longest run of quarterly gains since '08 on El Nino
* Ringgit advances 0.6% to 3.9137 per dollar
* USD/MYR approaching 61.8% Fibonacci retracement of rally from May low to Sept. high
* USD/MYR 1-month NDF steady at 3.9120; below 10-DMA at 3.9962
* ANZ shifts short SGD/MYR trade target to 2.85
* Yield on 3.955% govt bond due Sept. 2025 falls 1 bp to 3.828%
