Talk is cheap, when it comes to traders. Yesterday at lunch, my fellow trader saw an official predicting that the KLCI would reach 1800. He promptly lamblasted that news article saying "What lah, the whole world stock markets are falling, here talking the klci up..."
Well Superman, that was exactly the trigger for the rally....
