The aAll Blacks of New Zealand opens the World Cup campaign with a 41-10 win over Tonga. Rugby is a game where Pacific Islanders such as Tongans, Samoans and Fiji, which are all countries in this World Cup excel in. They may not be as good in other sports, so rugby union/league is their forte. Even teams such as Australia and NZ have a smattering of players whose roots hail from the Pacific Islanders.

Looking forward to a weekend of sports, with US Open Tennis, The World Cup and EPL soccer, AFL and NRL finals series...
