Fundamentals or Technicals. Numbers like this seem to be pluck out of the air, so why traders put so much credence to so called fundamentals is beyond me.... As Tom Cruise says in Top Gun, "That's bull shit" All one needs to do is observe the 'news' that comes out. Now with the 5 min chart on the upward track for about 2 days now, it seems the news being rolled out is bullish...
