The match official running the touchline made blatant 'paid off' decisions and nondecisions regarding the non award of a push on Arshavin and a disallowed goal for offside, which was clearl not offside. Meanwhile the old farts at FIFA voted to make 'neck warmers' illegal for players at their meeting in Wales, but made no decision on video technology or review on such blatantly 'paid off' decisions such as in the Arsenal Sunderland match. Every other major professional sport uses video technology while FIFA are still run by old farts.
