Well, after squandering the 3 shot lead with 3 consecutive birdies on 12th, 13th and 145h, Ben Crane steadied with an eagle on the drivable par 4 15th hole and a decisive par on 18th at the Mines golf resort to win the inaugural CIMB Asia Pacific Classic, a PGA tour event.(first in ASEAN)

Luke Donald was left to rue missed opportunity with triple bogey on the 9th and driving into the water at the easy 15th hole. While Martin Laird joined in by fluffing easy approaches to 17th and 18th holes with birdies there beckoning. Notable that Robert Allemby (64) and Ernie Els (66) shot low scores in the final round but too little too late...
